- Senate District 5, incumbent Greg Reed is resigning to join Kay Ivey's administration
- House District 11, incumbent Randall Shedd is resigning to become Garlan Gudger’s director of constituent affairs
Local
Municipal elections will be held in several cities on August 26, 2025, with the exception of Tuscaloosa, which will be held on March 4, 2025.
